“4-thread” embroidery is a Moroccan technique in which four strands of gold thread are laid side by side and secured stitch by stitch. The result is both visible and tactile: a raised motif, thicker and brighter than flat embroidery. On the Paytone, it runs along the neckline, down the bodice, and highlights the cuffs. Each piece is made by our artisans, including the braided sfifa edging the openings and the aqaads, knotted one by one. No machine can reproduce this texture.
The belt, meanwhile, makes a different statement. Gold-colored with a mirror effect, it catches the light in a reception hall and reflects flashes that offset the velvet’s understated look. Worn tightly, it defines the waist and elongates the silhouette. It is included.
