1. How do I choose the right caftan size?
Our caftans are designed with a tailored fit. A detailed size guide is available on each product page. If you are unsure, you can contact us via the contact form or by e-mail with your measurements: we will be happy to advise you.
2. Can I request alterations or custom adjustments?
Only made-to-measure models can benefit from custom adjustments.
No alterations are offered on standard models available in stock.
3. What are the delivery times?
-Standard orders: Delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
-Custom or made-to-order models: 15 to 30 working days delivery time.
You will be informed by e-mail at each stage of your order.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver in France and abroad. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and are indicated at the time of order.
5. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an item, provided it has not been worn, altered, or damaged.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Are the caftans handmade?
Absolutely. All our caftans are handcrafted, with meticulous finishes: coordinated embroidery, sfifas, and aqaads.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards, available in several amounts. They are valid throughout our online store.
8. How do I care for my caftan?
We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the quality of the fabrics and embroidery.
Avoid machine washing and prolonged exposure to the sun. For specific advice, please consult the product page for each model.
