1. How do I choose the right caftan size?
Our caftans are designed with a fitted cut. A detailed size guide is available on each product page. If in doubt, you can contact us via the contact form or by email with your measurements: we will be happy to advise you.
2. Can I request alterations or a custom fit?
Only models made to measure can benefit from personalized adjustments.
No alterations are offered on standard models available in stock.
3. What are the delivery times?
-Standard orders: Delivery within 2 to 15 business days.
-Custom or made-to-order models: lead time of 15 to 20 business days.
You will be informed by email at every stage of your order.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver in France and internationally. Shipping costs and times depend on the destination country and are indicated at the time of order.
5. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an item, provided it has not been worn, altered, or damaged.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Are the caftans handmade?
Absolutely. All our caftans are made artisanally, with meticulous finishes: coordinated embroidery, sfifa, and aqaads.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards, available in various amounts. They are valid throughout our online store.
8. How do I care for my caftan?
We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the quality of the fabrics and embroidery.
Avoid machine washing and prolonged exposure to sunlight. For specific advice, please refer to the product sheet of each model.
