Preparation and delivery times

The delivery time for orders depends on the model and size.

Our creations are handmade and not mass-producedine. 

The delivery time is as follows: 

France: From 2 to 15 days 

Europe: From 3 to 17 days.

USA, Canada: From 5 to 20 days

Metropolitan France: Colissimo delivery with insurance and signature on delivery

European Union: Colissimo delivery with insurance and signature on delivery

International: Colissimo international delivery with insurance and signature on delivery

A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery fees

France 

The delivery time is 48 hours for France.

Shipping costs are 15 euros within metropolitan France.

Given the value of the items, this shipping method

covers your purchase up to the amount paid against theft or loss.

We ship from France via Colissimo registered with insurance and signature to your address.

In case of absence, the package can be picked up at the post office against signature.

 

RETURN

We are committed to guaranteeing the quality of our products and are confident that

you will be fully satisfied with your purchases.

However, if despite our efforts this is not the case, you have the option to return your package within the legal period of 14 days and request a refund. We do not offer exchanges; you will need to place a new order if you wish to change the item or size.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

To ensure a secure and insured return, we systematically use Colissimo with signature and appropriate coverage.

 

-Initial shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer €12.50 for France

These fees cover exclusively transportation with insurance: Mode & Caftan does not make any profit from this. They simply protect the value of your items in case of loss or theft.

Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and tags attached (custom-made items cannot be returned).
Returns are subject to a €25 fee (equivalent to the cost of an insured and signed-for Colissimo). This amount is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

For returns from other European countries, a total fee of €50 will apply (€25 for shipping to you and €25 for the return).
