Preparation and Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within:

2 to 3 business days for France.

3 to 5 business days for Europe.

5 to 7 days for the USA and Canada

Delivery Method

Metropolitan France: Colissimo delivery with insurance and signature upon receipt.

European Union: Colissimo delivery with insurance and signature upon receipt.

International: International Colissimo delivery with insurance and signature upon receipt.

A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Costs

France

The delivery time is 48 hours for France.

Shipping costs are 15 euros for metropolitan France.

Given the value of the items, this shipping method covers your purchase up to the amount paid against theft or loss. We ship from France via Colissimo registered mail with insurance and signature to your address. In case of absence, the package can be collected from the post office against signature.

RETURNS

We are committed to guaranteeing the quality of our products and are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if, despite our efforts, this is not the case, you have the option to return your package within the legal period of 14 days and request a refund. We do not offer exchanges; you will need to place a new order if you wish to change an item or size.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and initial shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 days from the receipt of the package. Please refer to the return page for good practices to follow when making a RETURN

Calculated automatically at the order validation step based on the country and weight.

To ensure a secure and insured return, we systematically use Colissimo with signature and appropriate coverage.

-Initial shipping costs, if any, are not refunded.

-Return shipping costs are borne by the customer: €12.50 for France

These fees exclusively cover transport with insurance: Mode & Caftan does not profit from them. They simply protect the value of your items in case of loss or theft.

Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and tags attached (custom-made items cannot be returned).
Returns are subject to a €25 fee (equivalent to the cost of an insured and signed-for Colissimo). This amount is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
