DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery

We ship from France by registered Colissimo, insured, with signature on delivery. If you are out, the parcel is held at your post office.

Delivery times
In-stock pieces: dispatched within 48 hours.
Other sizes and designs: 2 to 15 days.
Made to measure: 15 to 20 working days.
You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Have an event coming up? Write to us before ordering and we will confirm the timing.

Shipping costs
Mainland France and Germany: free from €200, €12 below.
Other European countries, Switzerland, Canada, United States: calculated at checkout by country and weight.

Indicative international times: Europe 3 to 17 days, United States and Canada 5 to 20 days.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unworn, in its original condition, with all labels still attached. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned.

How it works
Email bonjour@mode-et-caftan.com with your order number. We will send you the instructions and the return form. A parcel sent back without prior request cannot be accepted.

Return costs
Returns travel by registered, insured Colissimo with signature. The cost is deducted from your refund: €12 for France, €25 for Europe and Switzerland. This covers insured transport only; Mode & Caftan makes no profit on it. The original shipping fee is not refunded.

Exchanges
We do not exchange. For another size or design, return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 working days after we receive and check the item. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.
