Located at 11 rue Louise Colet, on the 2nd floor of the Galice Mirabeau business center, the Mode & Caftan showroom is for women who wish to try on oriental clothing and Moroccan caftans in person.

You will be welcomed alone, with friends, or with family. For your comfort, the number of participants in a fitting is limited to 4 people. If several of you are trying on clothes, please book several consecutive appointments.

Our caftan store in Aix-en-Provence offers a wide collection of modern and traditional kaftans, with many sizes available, so you can find a piece suited to your style and coloring.

Asking too many people for their opinions can sometimes create doubt. Listen to your instincts: you are best placed to know what suits you. Trust yourself, and you will make the right choice.

 

How does a fitting at the showroom work?

1. Find your styles on the website

Browse the collections and note 2 or 3 caftans you like, along with your usual size. You can also come without a specific idea: we will guide you on site.

2. Book your time slot online

Click “Book”, then choose a day and time in the calendar. You will receive a confirmation email with the address and directions. One time slot per person trying on clothes; if you are coming as a group, book consecutive time slots.

3. Tell us what you would like to try on

In the booking comments field, or by phone at 06 44 31 69 25, indicate the styles you have selected and your size. We will prepare them before your arrival when available.

4. Prepare yourself on the day

Come without makeup or perfume, wearing a suitable bra and an outfit that is easy to remove. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour. The appointment is at 11 rue Louise Colet in Aix-en-Provence, on the 2nd floor of the Galice Mirabeau business center. Parking is available at the bottom of the building (free for 1 hour 30 minutes; a ticket or the NEO app is required).

5. Try on, compare, decide

You will be welcomed privately, alone or with your companions (up to 4 people). We make adjustments, compare colors, and answer your questions. No one will rush you.

6. Leave with your caftan or have it delivered

If the model is in stock at the showroom, you can leave with it. Otherwise, we will place the order together: delivery to your home within 15 days, or collection at the showroom. 

 

Frequently asked questions about the showroom

Where is the Mode & Kaftan showroom?

In Aix-en-Provence, at 11 rue Louise Colet, on the 2nd floor of the Galice Mirabeau business centre. It is a private fitting space, not a shop with a window display: you will not find it by simply walking along the street.

Can I come without an appointment?

No. The showroom receives visitors by appointment only, so that each customer can be assisted and models in her size are ready when she arrives. Booking is done online through the appointment calendar in just a few seconds.

How long does a fitting take?

Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Enough time to try on several models, compare colours and take the time to decide.

Can I come with someone?

Yes, alone, with friends or with family. The number of participants is limited to 4 per appointment, for everyone's comfort. If several of you want to try things on, book several consecutive appointments.

Can I leave with my kaftan on the same day?

Yes, if the model and size are in stock at the showroom. Otherwise, the item will be ordered and shipped to you within 15 days, or you can come back to collect it at the showroom.

Are the prices the same as online?

Yes. The showroom is an extension of the website: same models, same prices.

Can I try on a model I saw on the website?

Yes. Give the model name when booking or by phone at 06 44 31 69 25, and we will prepare it in your size if available. The entire collection is not physically available at the showroom.

Do you offer made-to-measure services at the showroom?

The showroom can take your measurements for the made-to-measure models offered on the website. Alterations are not available for in-stock models.

How should I prepare for the fitting?

Come without makeup or perfume to protect the fabrics and embroidery. Bring a suitable bra, heels if you have them, and an outfit that is easy to remove. And trust yourself: too many outside opinions can make the choice more difficult.

How can I pay on site?

Bank card, cash or PayPal. Payment in 3 or 4 installments is available as online, and must be made on the website.

Is there a car park nearby?

There is a car park at the bottom of the building; come a little earlier to find a space. There is a lot of coming and going, so spaces become available fairly quickly. Please note: parking is free for 1 hour and 30 minutes, but you must take a ticket or use the NEO app even during the free period, so you do not receive a parking fine.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
