Rose brown is a difficult color to name and easy to wear: neither quite pink nor quite taupe. On this rose brown high-neck caftan dress, ideal for hijabistas, it does exactly what is expected of it — warming up the complexion without ever shouting, while remaining easy to read both in wedding photos and under indoor lighting.
The silk fabric provides the foundation: a matte, dense material that falls straight and does not cling to the body. Over it, the embroidered lace sets off the rhinestones, and this is where the contrast comes into play — the matte silk fabric against the silver shimmer of the embroidery. An entirely shiny piece would have lost this tension.
What the high neck adds to this rose brown caftan
It closes the silhouette high at the neck, straightens the posture and provides a base for the embroidery that descends toward the bust. It is a tailoring detail, but it is also what makes the piece immediately wearable with a hijab: there is nothing to cover and nothing to adjust; the neckline is already high. Is the caftan really suitable for wearing with a hijab?
Yes. The high neck closes the neckline up to the neck, and the sleeves extend to the wrists: there is no area to cover with an undershirt or shawl. It is the boutique's most requested model among veiled customers.
Is the lace transparent?
No. It is placed over an opaque silk-fabric base throughout the body of the dress. The transparency is limited to the effect of the material, not the skin.
How does the made-to-measure option work?
You select “made to measure” when placing your order and enter your measurements in the chart. If needed, the workshop will contact you for additional measurements. Allow 15 days for production.
Which jewelry should I wear with it?
Since the embroidery is silver, stick to silver or clear rhinestones rather than gold. The boutique's Lauren rose brown earrings match the shade of the silk fabric exactly.
Does rose brown suit all complexions?
That is one of its strengths: the shade is warm enough to brighten fair skin and muted enough not to look harsh against darker skin. It works better than vivid pinks on most complexions.

The kaftan must be returned with its try-on tag intact, unworn and without perfume, in the same condition as when it arrived; otherwise, the return will be refused.
