Althea earrings, pearl dangling earrings
Pearls, reimagined: the Althea pearl drop earrings line up three pearlescent beads on a gold bar, from which hang two fine snake chains, each finished with a gold-capped pearl. The movement of the chains gives the jewelry a liveliness that classic pearls lack.
The Althea pearl drop earrings, a contemporary spirit
Like the Althea modern caftan dress they are named after, they are designed for those who want classic style without the primness: perfect with a streamlined caftan, a modern dress, or dressed-up city attire. Wedding, dinner, evening — they fit right in.
In summary:
- Pearlescent beads, gold bar, and gold snake chains
- Modern pearl style, from caftan to city attire
- Care: soft cloth, avoid perfumes
Frequently asked questions: Althea Earrings
Are the Althea pearls real pearls?
They are imitation pearlescent beads, chosen for their shine and lightness. They look like pearls without the weight.
Do they move a lot?
Yes, the two snake chains sway with every movement of the head. That is what sets them apart from a classic pearl stud.
How should I care for them?
Use a soft cloth, do not apply perfume to the pearls, and store them flat to prevent the chains from tangling.
