You will receive a confirmation by email, and your kaftan will be shipped from our workshop in France within the timeframe indicated on the product page.

Our caftans are made in our workshop located near Rabat, Morocco. Each piece is individually crafted in limited quantities, without mass production, in keeping with traditional artisanal expertise and ethical working conditions. They are then received in France.

They are then shipped to you, with your tracking number provided as soon as the order is dispatched. We have a varied stock of sizes and styles, allowing us to deliver to you quickly.

The delivery time for a kaftan is 2 to 15 days, depending on the model, the selected size, and stock availability. Shipping is free for purchases of €200 or more in mainland France. Your orders are shipped from France via registered Colissimo, with insurance and a signature required upon delivery. Yes, you have a legal period of 14 days to return your kaftan and request a refund. The item must be returned with all its security tags intact, in the condition in which you received it. The refund is issued within 3 to 5 days after receipt of the returned package.

Yes, all payments are fully secured through PayPal or Shopify Payments, with SSL encryption protecting your banking details. Your payment information is never stored on our systems. Payment by bank transfer is also available upon request from our customer service team.

Yes, Mode & Caftan offers installment payments, allowing you to spread out your purchase with no hidden fees. Caring for a kaftan depends on its material: hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle (preferably in a mesh bag) is suitable for most crepe or satin styles, followed by flat drying and no bleach. For pieces made of lace or brocade, or featuring delicate embroidery, professional dry cleaning remains the best option for preserving the finishes.
