Shipping costs are free from 200 euros of purchase in mainland France. We ship from France by registered Colissimo with insurance and signature to your address. In case of absence, the package must be collected from the post office against signature.

However, if despite our efforts, this is not the case, you have the option of returning your package within the legal deadline of 14 days and requesting a refund. Refunds are made within 3 to 5 days of receipt of the package.
